Programming

At Ihdzí’, our programs are shaped by community energy and ideas. Building on the success of initiatives like the Ihdzí’ Ihle Ts’ e Sewing Program, we continue to develop offerings that support learning, cultural connection, and community growth. Our programming uplifts Traditional Knowledge while also creating space to develop entrepreneurial and practical skills. Every program is guided by community input and designed to adapt to the evolving needs of Mayo. At the heart of it all, Ihdzí’s program calendar is rooted in wellness, belonging, and the sharing of knowledge.

Craft-ernoon Coffee

Join us for an afternoon of crafting every Friday
from noon to 5pm!

Bring your own project or start something new, and enjoy a cozy afternoon of creativity with coffee, tea, and good company. All skill levels and crafts are welcome, so drop in, relax, and connect with fellow artists in the community.

The Berry Picking Program

Ihdzí’ is stocking up on locally harvested berries and edible plants—and we’d love your help!

We pay community members to harvest for us when there is availability, creating opportunities for people to share their knowledge of the land while earning extra income.

With this program, we can increase the availability of products made from local berries and plants, supporting healthier food systems and keeping traditional harvesting practices strong. This program is one way Ihdzí’ gives back to the community—strengthening connections to the land while making sure more people can enjoy the taste of local harvests.

The Community Pantry

Say hello to the Community Pantry — where you can choose what you need and contribute if you are able.

Come by during open hours to grab what you need, or donate unopened, non-perishable items to keep the shelves full. Together, we’re reducing waste and supporting each other.
