Community Kitchen Program
We’re dotting i’s and crossing t’s, and in the final stages of getting the community kitchen up and running.
This will be a space where anybody can rent the kitchen for a regular pop-up dinner service, to create a meal for an event, or maybe even start a local cupcake business (okay that last one was because we writing this hungry).

In January 2024, we shared our first vision of Ihdzí’. A diverse and multi-use space that addresses many community wants all at once. A place to share a meal, to share knowledge, to share creativity, a shared space. But we still have a lot of work to do. Renovations on the building and kitchen are currently underway, and our team is working hard to develop structure, programming, and food for purchase.
But we can’t do this work without you. We want Ihdzí’ to be a space built by a shared community vision. So, as we’re in this exciting place of growth and building, we want you to share what you want at Ihdzí’. And while you’re at it, feel free to stay in touch about what’s happening, when we’re able to open our doors, and more ways that you can get involved with the heart of Mayo.
