Curious about the booking process?

Here is a step-by-step guide:

Step 1

Request your time!

2 weeks before your event, request your time either online by filling out the request form or by sending an email to ihdzi@nnddc.ca

Step 2

Confirm your booking!

We will reach out to you by email with a copy of the facility use agreement for you to sign, or you can visit us in person at Ihdzi’ during our open hours to go through the paperwork together.

Step 3

Apply for an Environmental Health Permit!

If you plan on selling food with ingredients such as meat, dairy, and eggs, you will need to apply for a temporary food permit 2 weeks before your event. If you require assistance with filling out the application, we are available to help!

Step 4

Use the space!

Once you have signed all of the necessary paperwork and given us a copy if your Environmental Health permit (if needed) you are ready to use Ihdzi’!

Step 5

Clean up and get your deposit back!

Once you are finished using the space, follow the cleaning checklist provided. Leaving the space clean helps us to ensure Ihdzi’ feels welcoming.
