An ongoing course - (change is a step-by-step process) with a series of 6 - 10 week group courses followed with individual coaching support.
The topic for this week is mindfulness and self-compassionate approach to “Triggers” changing our habitual patterns to things that trigger us, push our buttons, or throw us off course!
We’ll also have time for a discussion on what topics you would like to learn more about.
