Freezer Meal Workshop

Time: 1-4pm

Organized by: Sunrise Nutrition and the Ihdzi’ team

For this hands-on workshop participants will be working in the kitchen and learning how to prepare quick, easy, nutritious, and delicious meals that can be eaten immediately or frozen for later. Each person will end the day with 4-5 meals to take home.
